Week 4

In class, we sent the favorites page to Sam. I did not how to make cool text before this, so i think it was useful in that sense. I did not like the idea of making 5 different cool texts, because it was simple enough and we did not need so much practice. Because of this, it caused boredom.



As for the course pack reading, I think that we should be using MS frontpage instead of This NVU, which is a very boring and a simplistic web editor. The reading talks about how MS front page provides access to databases like access and to excel. I think taht this is very exciting and we should be able to make webpages using MSWord and export them to frontpage. The author talks about how he thinks that censorship is not necessary. I think he is wrong. Censorship is necessary for both adults and children. He should read 'pornified' by pamela paul for all the arguments against him.
